1. Review design documents for assigned project and identify controls requirements and sequence of operations.
2. Develop and maintain project LON network and database.
3. Perform tasks to complete hardware engineering designs, wiring diagrams, software programming, etc. for assigned control system projects.
4. Develop controls specifications, drawings, and documentations to support controls system design, sales, and support.
5. Maintain an effective communication with project teams and customers.
6. Coordinate and resolve issues and conflicts with customers and subcontractors.
7. Order material, controllers, devices etc. from vendors and maintain an effective communications.
8. Generate systems drawings using Vision, AutoCAD etc. in accordance with project requirements.
9. Prepare technical manuals, training manuals, as-build drawings etc. and conduct trainings for customers.
10. Plan and coordinate site visits to review project requirements and systems progress as required.
11. Work with team to formalize standards for systems drawings and sequences.
12. Ensure work is performed with highest standards of integrity and ethics and in accordance with Local, State and Federal Laws and adheres to all required safety standards.

Benefits

This is a full time position, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Salary offered is $69,805.00 per year.
